Designation : SERVICE DELIVERY EXECUTIVE/ IT HELPDESK COORDINATOR(WALK-IN-INTERVIEW)

Job Description : The selected candidate will be required

1. To attend and respond to customers' calls relating to their IT related problems and queries.
2. To co-ordinate with the Project Team and Engineers to get the problem resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
