Job Description : Looking for Professionals from Java/J2ee Background
Requirements : Come up with Design for systems Provide technical content for proposals Assist in estimations Come up with reusable components for the Organization Lead the team and sort out issues arising therein. Delivery quality product Manage design and development of software solutions Write project documentation Prioritize and assign tasks to team members Conduct regular meetings with team and managers Ensure the technical quality of the deliverable Worked as technical lead at the least in 3 projects Lead a team of at the least 3 senior software engineers Worked in projects with web-based interface Worked in projects involving middle ware Worked in projects having distributed systems Worked in projects having multiple layers Worked in application supporting multiple languages Worked in projects with clients in middleeast, UK and USA. Prepare design document for 2 projects at the least Has used at the least one tool for design Skills: Java/J2ee, Ejb, jsp, servlets, struts, hibernate Candidates with less than 4 years of exp will not be considered.
