Job Description:
1. To resolve health care claims by corresponding with US Insurance companies.
2. Documenting the status and analysis of the claims denied.
3. Regular follow up with Insurance for bill payments.
4. Assist in billing process as when required. Desired Candidate Profile:
1.Graduates/Diploma holders with excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
2. Good CRM skills and call center experience is desirable.
3. Willing to work in night shifts.
4. Bright and energetic candidates having good perseverance in learning new things.
