Job Description :
* Should have excellent communication skills
* Involves handling inbound Calls and resolving customer queries. Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.
* Should be comfortable work in all Shifts .
* Patient and should have ability to handle any kind of customer queries.
* Job primarily involves interacting with US (Night Shift)
Walkin Interview on 26th - 30th May 08 between 4.00 PM to 8.30 PM
Venue - No: 769, Spencers plaza, III Phase, 9th Floor, Anna salai, Chennai - 2
Freshers can also walk-in directly for interview
Desired Profile:
Education Qualification:Minimum of 12 years of completed education. Any Graduate /Persuing Graduation / Diploma.
Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based International or domestic Call centre will be at an advantage.
Involves working in all shifts.
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working on computers
General awareness and fundamental mathematical abilities
NOTE: Position open only for candidates willing to work in Chennai.
Experience: 0 - 4 Years
Education UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
Compensation: Company will provide pick up OR drop facility(depending on shift timings) for employees working in night
