Technically competent in the following areas:
Core Java
JSP/ Servlets /JDBC/ XML
Struts
JBOSS / WEBLOGIC / WEBSPHERE,
Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
Must be excellent problem solver, creative thinker, and self-motivated

Desired Candidate Profile:
Exposure to technologies listed below would be an added advantage
Design Pattern
EJB/JMS
Good Design and Development & Debugging skills
Good communication skills
At least 3to 6 years of experience
