Job Description:
Designation: CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

-Minimum Experience - 6 months to 2 years in an International call center
-Minimum qualification - Graduation
-Strong communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills.
-Candidates are required to do an up sell, a min of 3 up sell a day
-Should take a min of 19 call/ hour
-Should be a computer literate/ willing to work in day shifts (UK Process)
-Shift timings V 1:00 pm till 10:30 pm & 2:00 pm till 11:00 pm
-Inbound call center
