RCFL need Management Trainees in various disciplines as indicated below for its units at Thal(District Raigad), Trombay(Mumbai):

Management Trainees

Disciplines:

  • Chemical: 15
  • HRD Chemical: 01
  • Mechanical: 17
  • Electrical: 10
  • Instrumentation: 07
  • Civil: 07
  • Industrial Engineering: 01
  • Information Technology: 03

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering(Engineering Graduate) in respective discipline with minimum 55% marks(aggregate) in last 2 years/last 4 semesters.

Materials: 10
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engg(Engineering Graduate) in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation discipline with minimum 55% marks(aggregate) in last 2 years/last 4 semesters.

R&D(Chemical): 01
Qualification: M.Sc(chemistry) with PhD in respective discipline.

R&D(Agriculture): 02
Qualification: M.Sc(Agriculture) with PhD in respective discipline.

Administration: 01
Qualification:

  • Graduation in any discipline(basic qualification) with minimum 55% marks in last year. And
  • Post Graduation degree of MAM(Master of Administration Management)/MMS(Master of Management Studies)/MHRDM(Master of Human Resources Development Studies) or equivalent with minimum 55% marks in the final year/last two semesters.
