Education:
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization;Graduation Not Required
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization;Post Graduation Not Required

Job Description:
a. Call analysis and troubleshooting
b. Providing resolution (FTR: First Time Resolution)
c. Information gathering and Call assignments to L2 / Vendor using standard procedures
d. Providing status of tickets assigned to L2/DEV/Vendor, to the customers
e. Call Closure (FTR)
f. Getting Call Closure confirmation from customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Relevant Experience - Experience in Interacting with US Clients (Preferred BPO employees to avoid training on Soft Skills)

Total Experience: - Not less than 6 Months

Education: - B.E/BSc (I.T) or BSc with additional Courses from Computer Institutes (Any professional with basic knowledge of Hardware and Networking)

Techincal Skills: - Basics of SQL Server 2000/2005; Basics of Visual Basic and Crystal Reports

Other Skills: - Good Communication skills and some experience in handling Customers
