Providing resolution to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope related to systems engineering activities, including organizing development of OS technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities.

* knowledge of z/OS operating environment concepts, components, JCL, SYSPLEX, JES2, JES3, RACF, TSO, ISPF, Unix System Services.
* Understanding of Change Process (ITIL & PMM) & ability to use ServiceCenter toolApplication/Initiative Design Consultation
* Application/Initiative Design Consultation
* Disaster Recovery
* IMS Architecture Standards and Technology Strategy
* Infrastructure Design, Build, and Deployment
