BSS Engineers

Job Description:

* Providing specialised service for Maintenance performance of the Circle Routine health checkup of BSS elements and ensure preventive maintenance of BSCs.
* Resolution of BSS on -site faults in the production platforms.
* SW and HW upgrade of BSS elements on Global release.
* Manages tools,test equipment,spare units for BSCs.
* Ensure development &motivation of reporting staff Monitoring team, Care team, Operations Manager, NOC
* Manager, Subcontractors, 3rd party vendors organization
Education: Diploma/ Degree in Engg (Electronic/ Electrical/ Production/Any)

Experience: 2 - 6 Years

NSS Engineers

Job Description:
* Conducting Switch Acceptance Tests, Conducting POI/POP Acceptance Tests, Handling of Switching Equipment, Switch Expansion, Software Patch & Upgrade Application of CCS7, SCCP/MAP/CAP, ISUP Signaling and R2MF Signalling.
* Traffic Engineering & Analysis, Monitoring, Calls Routing & Charging.
* Calls Routing and Charging Data Implementation & Administration.
* Switch Reports Generation and Administration.
* Analysis and Rectification of faults based on system generated Alarms.
* Interaction with BSNL and other telecom operators for Point of Interconnect (POI) & other Inter-Operator related issues.
* Interaction with Vendor Technical Support for technical issues as per requirements.
* Ensuring Key Performance Indicators as per business requirements Conducting tests for approvals from RA/IT/Finance for expansion / rollout activities and then including the same into O & M
* Ensuring testing & implementation of new features, product & services as per upcoming business requirements by coordinating with Hutch Business team & RA/Finance for AT / approvals
* Administering Signalling Links and connectivity with HLR, SMSC, IN, VAS, Roaming nodes
* Administration & Optimization of Switch Resources and KPIs
* Optimization of Calls Routing based on comparative Usage Charge
* Co-ordination within & outside organization for NSS related activities.
Education: Electronics graduate with experience in Telecom Switching, Signaling Schemes, Traffic Calculations, Implementation of Charging Data and Routing of Calls

Experience: 2 - 5 Years
