Job Description :
Provide both functional and technical support of multiple, proprietary, Windows based Client/Server Commodities Trading Software products to global clientele
Liaise with internal development teams to troubleshoot software problems and identify solutions
Prepare and package releases and release instructions
Document client support issues via call tracking software
Compile reports and statistics relating to client call history

Desired Candidate Profile :
Good technical background with a minimum of 6 months to 1.5yr experience analyzing, testing, or developing client-server based and web-based products
Ability to familiarize quickly & thoroughly with TPT's software products
A solid understanding of client server software development and object oriented programming concepts
Knowledge of MS Office applications, Win NT4.0 & Win XP, NT or 2000
Preferred:
oKnowledge of Delphi 3.0/4.0, Visual Basic, C++ or other object-oriented programming tool
oKnowledge of MSSQL, SYBASE and/or Oracle
Strong initiative, organization, and excellent analysis/problem solving skills required
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and work well in a team environment
Familiarity with international commodity/ derivatives trade, functioning & terminology will be an added advantage, though not a pre-requisite
