Job Description

To assist and guide customers of Bank of America on a real-time mode
The ability to follow a logical, analytical approach to business conversation and chat dialogue and sales processes
Maintain an unwavering focus on delighting the customer/client
Take ownership and delivers high-quality work characterized by exactness and completeness
May involve relationship deepening in order to meet the customers' needs
Ability to apply functional/technical expertise

Desired Profile

Any graduate except BE / BTECH / BCA / MCA
0-3 yrs exp in BPO / customer interaction
Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, both written and verbal
Good typing skills (30 words per minute)
Flexibility to working in Night Shift
Analytical and judgment skills
