Position : Java Technical Lead/Senior Technical Lead/ Architects

Qualification : BE / B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA /MSc

Years of Exp. : 5 to 10 yrs

Skills: - Technical Lead/Senior Technical Lead

Must have strong skills in Core Java/Jsp/Servlets/any Framework
Should have worked on Designing (LLD or HLD)
Should have significant amount of experience in UML/Rational Rose/OOAD
Good hands on coding in Core Java
Good client interpersonal skill required
Should Posses Excellent Communication skills.

Skills: - Java Architects

Expert knowledge of J2EE Technologies and Design Patterns. (SDLC/Design Methodology)
Must have ability to actively contribute to the exchange of ideas.
Good familiarity of frameworks like: Hibernate, Spring etc.
The Architect is responsible for providing architectural solutions.
Must be able to understand and analyze the customer requirements and come up with comprehensive architectural solutions and consistently exceed customer expectations.
Must have the ability to mentor and guide technical teams with a focus to grow the technical leadership within teams.
Should be specialized in Object Oriented Technology, Enterprise architecture, Methodologies, Design Patterns & Best Practices
Design and Implementation of Design Patterns and reusable software components and frameworks under J2EE architecture
Should have experience in trouble shooting of the applications and fine tuning different layers of the system for scalability.
Must be well versed with various design patterns and must have implemented them in multiple customer engagements.
