We are having a mega walk-in @ HCL Technologies Ltd for Software Quality Assurance (SQA) & Quality consulting professionals on 14th June 2008 at Hyderabad and Pune!!

Desired Profile: Lead Quality (Associate Manager/Deputy Manager)

Job Description:

Plan, monitor, provide guidance to team for quality related activities
Provide guidance & facilitation to enable project success by implementing OMS Processes, CMMI, ISO 9001 requirements.
Process reviews and audits to stabilize quality system
Work closely with Project Managers & Project team to help resolve outstanding issues.
Drive special initiatives, tool implementations in facilities/LOB/SBU's.

Competencies:

4+ year exposure to software engineering practice
Handling lead role
Exposure to OMS & project management practices
Interest in process and quality
Good communication & influencing skills
Good team leader & team player.
Attention to detail
