Job Description :
The job is a full-time day job with NO shifts, and involves almost being business assistant to our US & UK clients, who are web business owners. It's not a specialist job, but a generalist, 'jack of all trades' kind of job.

More specifically, it involves things such as email & chat (Skype, Gmail, msn messenger, etc.) correspondence, handling our cleints' customer service thru Help Desk, promoting their web sites thru Google Adwords and other PPCs, blog-posting, commenting & social networking, research & analysis using special tools including SEO tools, and simple website maintenance using simple HTML, PHP, and mySQL, and such applications, and monitoring and controling thru Control Panel.

The candidate will be trained in areas in which he/she is not familiar, and must be willing to learn things he/she doesn't know, but the candidate must be generally familiar with web environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for webmaster position, while those without experience may be considered for Webmaster Trainee position. The candidate shoud be eager to help people, be a go-getter, be a team player, be interested in solving problems, be willing to experiment, be ready to do a multitude of varied tasks, and have good written communication skills in English for email & Help Desk correspondence. Willingness to learn & develop higher levels of competence, and commitment to work are expected.

Though not essential, MBAs/ BBAs/ BEs/ MCAs/ IT diploma holders with good communication skills may have an advantage.
