Job Description :
The candidate will be a part of the customer training documentation team, working in close co-ordination with the engineering and support teams in India, US, France, Belgium, and Germany. The job involves creating tutorials based on the new functionalities (or updating existing tutorials to reflect change in existing functionalities). The candidate will have to:
- Research and update/create tutorials ensuring high-quality and adherence to guidelines.
- Implement work plans and schedules as assigned.
- Develop and maintain close working relationship with Subject Matter Experts.
- Have a fairly good idea of the subject to analyze the results after running the case/data files.
Please note that the job would be on a contract of 6 months.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills is a prerequisite.
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts to create concise documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with the remote and local teams.
- Should be self initiated, self learner, and motivated.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with strong emphasis on quality.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to accept assignments, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Having some knowledge or experience in technical writing would be an advantage.
