Job Description :
Should be in a position to lead a team of PERL programmers working on a heavy CGI based project requiring strong Object Oriented Perl skills .
Responsible to understand the client's requirements.
Should provide technical direction to the team to deliver a functional product.

Desired Candidate Profile:
A Degree with Minimum5 years of rich experience in below technology.
Proven Development Experience in Perl & CGI Scripting and in reading/writing XMLs.
Strong concepts in OOAD.
Experience in using CPAN modules and other third party modules (written in either Perl or C++) is a must.
Good implementation practices and engineering process (including Source Control and case tools).
Expert-level JavaScript (particularly AJAX and toolkits like Prototype, jQuery, and Dojo).
A strong familiarity with search utilities is a plus.
Strong in OOPs Concept, Regular Expression, File Manipulation, Web related programming, Database Manipulation, CGI Scripts.
Good Analytical and Logical skills.
Well versed in both Unix and Windows Environment.
Good knowledge on databases (Preferably MySQL).
Operating Systems:Unix or Linux, S 98/2000/ XP, MS DOS
RDBMS:Oracle or MySQL.
Primary Skills:Perl, CGI Scripting, Shell Scripting.
Secondary Skills:C, C++, Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC.
Application Servers:Apache, Tomcat.
Framework:Struts.
Reporting Tools:Crystal Reports.
