Job Description :
1. Developing applications using Open Source systems.
2. Translate product specifications into technology stack.
3. Hands- on coding.
4. Comfortable with performance optimization, maintaining code quality.
5. Beyond traits captured in the job description the things that would be a bonus for this role are:

i. Agile programming skills.
ii. Strong OO design skills.
iii. Web experience: Should have 2-5 year core
iv. Minimum 1 year of development experience in Ruby on rails.
v. Working on Linux environment would be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Should enjoy programming.
2. Minimum Experience: 1+ year’s as a Ruby on rails developer.
3. Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, web application development, quality software development.
4. Excellent conceptual, analytical and programming skills.
5. Should have application design experience.
6. Familiarity with Open Source web application frameworks.
2. Shortlisted candidates need relocate to Indore (Madhya Pradesh) and could join within 10 days.
