Job Description :
* Excellent creativity and good communication skills to handle overseas clients.
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver & Flash.
* Proficient in HTML, DHTML, WEB 2.0, CSS, JavaScript and other web design tools.
* Must have experience of creating professional websites/E-Commerce websites.
* Good Knowledge on overall User Interface designing of any kind.
* Designs brochures, business cards and advertisement materials for internal use.
* Develops, researches, writes/edits and creates layout for new Sites/sections/features.

Desired Candidate Profile :
* Good Design sense and working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, 3. Photoshop and illustrator. Should be well versed with web.
* The candidate should be creative and capable to work on new website designs with Web 2.0 Standards.
* Strong working knowledge of XHTML/DIV, CSS & W3C.
* Ability to evaluate new and evolving website technologies.
* Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
* Ability to think out of the box and meticulous in his / her work.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
