Job Description :
Experience
At least one end-to-end completed project where project was of substantial size having 8 months plus execution cycle, and having a team of about 10 dev and 5 test resources. He/she should have experience of executing at least one enterprise level application using Microsoft technologies
and total experience should be 7+ years.

Required Technical Skills
OOAD, Database Design, SOA, Web Services, .NET 2.0, C#, ASP.NET, Ajax 2.0, SQL Server 2005, Microsoft Patterns and Practices.

Good to Have Technical Skills
.NET 3.5, Web 2.0, WPF, WCF, WSS, Silverlight, SQL Server 2008, Reporting Services, SharePoint Server

Tools
Visual Studio 200x, TFS, Project Server, Visio, Microsoft Project.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Responsibilities
• Envision, analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software projects as per clients’ requirements within set timelines.
• Ensures timely delivery of the outcome of every phase
• Be the owner of all deliverables
• Monitor the work in progress and control deviation in outcome or process.
• Handle multiple projects/teams
• Do test driven development (applied to development phase)
