1) They will work on technologies like Flex, AIR, Cold fusion(if require).
2) They will get opportunities to work on FMS, Red5, FLV Hosting, Live Streaming Server.
3) Will gain knowledge of Flash, Javascript and Action script (3.0).
4) Should have good Client communication.
5) They should be initiative and should work on team.
