Desktop Support Engineer for Chennai Location

Experience: 1 - 3 years
Location: Chennai

Job Involves :
· Installation Configuration and Troubleshooting of Windows XP Professional
· Configuration of Email Client MS Outlook 2003 Handling Critical User’s calls
· Backup & Restore / Data Management
· Installation & Configuration of Laserjet Deskjet and Network printers
· Installation of front-end software as per user requirements
· Monitoring deployment of antivirus on all desktops & Laptops
· Proficient in troubleshooting Compaq IBM Desktops as well as Laptops.
· Preferred worked with Facility Management Organization.
