Job Description: Scope
The Solutions Network Peoplesoft Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing assistance for application and technology products supported by the Solutions Network. This position will be located in Deloitte's Hyderabad, India facility, and will be part of a larger team based in Philadelphia, PA and Costa Mesa, CA, USA. The position will be focused on supporting internal application environments, solution development, and assisting with support of hosted client engagements within the Solutions Network. Supported systems will be located in Deloitte's SNET center near Philadelphia and Costa Mesa, and will span all flavors of Windows, UNIX, and Linux. This position will also require providing assistance to project teams with installation, support, developing documentation and creating client deliverables as well as providing onsite support for Deloitte's Peoplesoft practitioners in Hyderabad and Mumbai.
Desired Profile: Personal Qualifications
Three to five years experience in installing, upgrading and maintaining BEA Web servers, Tuxedo App servers, Process Scheduler and PeopleTools on Windows and UNIX servers.
Experience in upgrading Peoplesoft Applications utilizing Change Assistant from version 8.4 through the latest release.
Use of PeopleTools to build and debug applications, Integration Broker and reporting tools.
Knowledge of UNIX basic and end user skills, shell scripting and creating scheduled routine jobs.
Knowledge of Oracle database administration with space management, performance tuning, system/user maintenance, database configuration and data load/unload.
Experience with appserver, process schedulers, webserver, and integration broker configurations.
Security Management experience is desired.
Creative person who has developed innovative approaches to developing solutions.
Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills a must.
Prior consulting experience a plus.
Ability to work all shifts.

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - Post Graduation Not Required
