Live Virtual Classes are:
* Distance learning with live delivery of lectures and labs. The trainer is an Oracle University expert instructor using state-of-the-art interactive Web conferencing tools such as chat, polling, quizzes, whiteboards, and even emoticons.
* Conducted in real time and are similar to regular instructor-led training classes, except the participants could be physically located in completely different cities, countries, or regions. Collaboration tools and Voice-over IP technology are used to ensure high levels of student-instructor interactivity.
* Live Virtual Classes offer the same Oracle University training without the time and expense of travel. By avoiding expensive travel, you can stretch your training budgets further, as well as learn whenever and wherever a class is scheduled no matter what your time zone
Desired Profile Role: Live Virtual Class Producer
Location : Bangalore
Roles and Resp:
* Involves Conducting End to End Live Virtual Class On all major categories from applications to middleware to database to other Oracle technologies.
* To work as Single Point of COntact for All technical Issues which accurs while Vitual Class is Lauched.
Job Requirement:
* Masters or Bachelors degree
* Mini 2+years of Experience in Technical Support.
* Sound Knowledge in trouble shooting/technical Support on OS Issues, Networking Issue, Browser Setting Issues, VPN and remote desktop Issues.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple groups simultaneously.
* Ability to work in a team environment and assist with projects from other team members.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
The candidate should have excellent customer service skills; demonstrate strength in interpersonal communications and good judgment. Ability to self manage, escalating to management as needed. Possess the desire and ability to learn new systems and processes.
