Job Description :
ï¼ Skill: Helpdesk Co-ordinator
ï¼ Experience Required: Min-6 Month

1. Single Point of Contact for reporting all Incidents (SPOC).
2. Call Logging & Opening a Trouble Ticket based on Severity Level.
3. Call Monitoring & Prioritization Call update / Call Escalations / Tracking each call to Resolution.
4. Telephonic Assistance / Limited User support (Password Reset, Enable ID, and Enable Print Session).
5. Maintain Material Movement.
6. Provide Statistics, Reports and Trend Analysis.
7. Vender Coordination SLA: 95 % Response/Resolutionâ.
8. Technical knowledge of Computer Hardware and OS.
