The developer MUST have experience in
1. PHP
2. Javascript
3. XHTML
4. XML
5. CSS
6. mySQL
7. E-commerce technology (open source such as OS commerce, and others)
Additionally, experience with Apache, ASP.NET, FLEX would put you at an advantage.
