Job Description :

Responsibilities:
** Serves as expert in all aspects of designing and application development
** Owns and provides technical leadership in the design and implementation of new system architectures within a .NET Web environment
** Participate in requirements gathering, architecture design, and technical documentation
** Mentor the development team with respect to technology skills development
** Oversee quality measures such as Test Case Reviews, Source Code Management and code walk-throughs
** Be responsible for the on-time delivery of fully qualified applications that satisfy our customer expectations

Skills and Abilities:
** Mastery of object-oriented engineering and SOA
** Senior level understanding of database design and SQL2000/2005
** Microsoft 2.0 or 3.5 .NET Framework, C#, Windows Forms, Class Libraries, Web Services, AJAX
** Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and/or 2008
** Oracle, SQL Server 2000 and/or 2005, ADO.NET
** C#, JavaScript, HTML, XML
** Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
