Job Description : We are have two requirments for Core Java and Swing .
One is Technical Lead and Sr.Software Engineer .
The descripation for the same are as follows :

1.Technical Lead :
- The project is in Core Java ,Swing
- The concerned person will be leading a team ,interacting with the client and doing technical mentoring
-He will be equally involved in the development part of the project .

2: Core Java Sr. Developers
- The concerned person will be working in Core Java ,Swing /AWT
- He will be involved extensively in client interaction and development.

Domain : Automotive Service Tools

Desired Profile : The details for the positions open are as follows

1. Tech Lead:
Experience in Core Java ,Swing
Should have an exp in leading a team and client interaction

2: Core Java Sr. Developers
Development experience in Core Java ,Swing /AWT
Should have an exp in client interaction

We are basically looking for people who have extensively worked on Core Java and Swing and are looking for a simialr kind of profile.This project doesnt involve working on J2EE at all .

Soft Skills:
Good oral and written communication skills, Excellent Team Leadership skills, Strong interpersonal / customer relation skills., Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, Commitment to quality and high standards .
