Job positions are for QA MANAGERS and QA Analysts
QA Managers: 6yrs - 8yrs
QA Analysts: 2yrs - 5yrs
Desired Candidate Profile :
QA Manager:
Candidates must have the minimum of 6yrs experience in the required fields
To establish and maintain an efficient and structured QA Process within ShipNet both on a technical level and a functional level. Being part of the Operations Department within ShipNet means that there is a strong focus on both the standard functionality as well as customer specific QA.
Overall responsibility of delivery of QAd software
Experience in QA of software on a functional level but preferably on a technical level as well
Experience on Creating Test Strategies, test plans, set up Test environments, creating test scenarios and test cases from functional specifications
Managing defect review process & Understanding of defect tracking and configuration management tools
Ability to work in a team with excellent team leading qualities and Manage test teams
Experience on performance, load, stress testing or functional test automation and automation frame work
Knowledge on SDLC, STLC, Defect lifecycle
Good Analytical skills to extrapolate information and troubleshoot problems
QA Analyst
Candidates must have the minimum of 2yrs of experience in the required fields
Responsible for all standard and customer functional testing
Responsible for the documentation of procedures as well as findings during testing process
Any discrepancies to be documented and reported to R&D
Commercial
Need to have been exposed or worked in an commercial / operational shipping organization
Financial
Need to have been exposed or worked as accountant or similar, preferably within a shipping organization
Technical/Fleet/Procurement
Need to have been exposed or worked in a technical department within a shipping organization
General;
Understand the workflows within a shipping organization will be of great advantage and a requisite to secure the required understanding of functional requirements
