Job Description :
RF Data Collection, Post processing and analysis of collected drive test data, Cellular Network Planning and optimization support function, Site Acquisition, Installation and commissioning, Operation and maintenance of BSS and Transmission system, Transmission Planning, Microwave Link Budget, Microwave Network Optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- This is a full time Job Oriented Training program for duration of 1 month.
- Fresher to 1 year of cellular experience; Sound theoretical knowledge or basic telecommunication/cellular/RF knowledge
- Experience in RF survey, site acquisition, Drive testing for GSM projects, Design and optimization of cellular networks.
- Engineers will be required to perform Cellular Data collection for network quality and performance monitoring, Analyze collected data and suggest parameter changes for network performance optimization. Will be trained on data collection tolls and post processing software.
- Ability to design network to acknowledge new network deployment and capacity enhancement. Will be trained on planning tools
- Should have aptitude to take initiative and learn.
- Fluent in English (verbal, reading and writing) with excellent presentation skills; and, Excellent PC skills including MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and ability to adapt to new software applications.
- Ability to travel at short notice and for long periods of time anywhere depending on project requirement.
- Training will be held in Delhi/NCR only but project location can be anywhere in India.This training will be on self support basis.
- Only B.E/B.Tech (E&C/Computer/Information Technology) with minimum 60% need to apply. Please go through the qualification part before applying for the position
