Job Description :
* Analyze production service desk tickets to determine corrective course of action and/or route to proper team.
* Lead design sessions within area of specialization (Testing)
* Facilitate and drive resolution to integrated solutions across work streams within area of specialization
* Resolve complex business issues through Business Process Procedures and end user support
* Lead overall design of the testing strategy for internal projects or break fixes
* Plan, manage, and execute test plans and timelines within work stream,
* Resolve complex issues through self research, peer groups networks, or discussion forums within area of specialization
* Represent area of sub expertise in integration sessions and business forums with limited supervision. Make and communicate decision made within these sessions.
* Own and ensure adherence of team members to PLC methodology,
* Participate in relevant end user forums.
* Conduct performance appraisals of direct reports.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Typically 2 or more years of broad IT industry in Quality Assurance and Software Testing practices for all phases of the PLC. 2 or more years of experience in QA Team management on a Software Testing Project basis. 2 or more years of hands-on experience in Manual QA Testing.
