Technical Leads (C++/VC++:)
Skills:

- Design and implementation skills using the OOAD principles using C++, MFC
- Experience in product life cycle implementation
- Ability to highlight the technical issues / challenges early in the lifecycle

Exp: Must have at least 5 years of software development experience

Technical Leads (ASP.NET, C#:)

Skills:
- ASP.Net, C#, Web Services, XML, UML and any RDBMS database
- Exposure to Design, OOPS and software lifecycles
- Knowledge on AJAX, FLEX and Web 2.0 would be an added advantage

Exp:Must have at least 5 years of software development experience

Technical Leads (JAVA, J2EE:)

Exp:Must have at least 5 years of software development experience

Senior Software Engineers (MAC Development:)

Skill:
- C, C++, Objective-C and Carbon Programming
- Experience in using Cocoa Framework and interface builder
- MAC Operating system, Multi-threaded programming, object oriented programming
- Knowledge of Qt is an added advantage

Exp: Must have at least 3 years of software development experience

Senior Software Engineers (C++/VC++:)

- Programming skills in C++/VC++, MFC and COM Programming
- Knowledge of Windows, Multi-threaded programming, Object oriented programming, OOAD and UML
ASP.Net, C#:
- ASP.Net, C#, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Knowledge of any RDBMS Database, Object oriented programming and UML
- Experience in Web Based Projects
- Knowledge of AJAX, Web Services, XML would be an added advantage.
Exp:Must have at least 3 years of software development experience
