ESS is looking for Software Design Engineer in Test (SDET) / Software Test Engineer (STE) for Beyondsoft (www.beyondsoft.com), which is one of the largest software exporters from China. Beyondsoft has clients such as Microsoft, HP, Google, Adobe and Autodesk and employs 2000 people. Beyondsoft is looking for engineers for working on its Microsoft project delivery team. It has over 100 projects with Microsoft ranging from web, server, client, to devices. It is one of the largest outsourcing partners for Microsoft in China and is growing fast. The selected candidates will be based at Beijing or Shanghai, two of the largest and most metropolitan cities in China. The team members work closely with Microsoft engineers and have opportunities to travel to Microsoft headquarter in Redmond, WA, U.S.A - Working on Microsoft Projects, testing Microsoft products - Define test plans, write test automation, execute test cases, and report defects - Working closely with Microsoft engineers in U.S. and China to ensure successful product release with high quality

Requirements : Test Engineer, with experience in C, C++ or C# and understand the whole processes of Testing products. - Smart, passionate about technology and quality - Programming skills in C, C++, or C# - Knowledge in data structure & algorithm - Good communication and team work - Knowledge of Testing tools - Willing to travel to work in both in China and U.S.
