1. The candidate should be creative and capable to work on new website designs with Web 2.0 Standards.
2. Should be very efficient in designing tableless structure using DIV.
3. Should have excellent knowledge of CSS, XHTML & W3C Standards.

Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Strong working knowledge of XHTML/DIV, CSS & W3C.
2. Expert in designing Tableless structures (Web 2.0 Standards).
2. Expert in Photoshop, Dreamweaver & Flash Designing.
3. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
