Web designer will have to study and analyse requirements of customers. Then imagine, develop and test high quality website designs that are both customer and search engine friendly. Besides web designing they will also create multimedia presentations and graphics.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Web designer / senior web designer should have an intuitive understanding of new media technologies, interactive designing concepts and the ability to make pixels talk.

Key Skills:
- Web Designers should be highly create and innovative.
- Able to create user-friendly websites that are compatible with W3C, monitor resolutions and browsers.
- Website designers should have expertise in Flash, Photoshop, XHTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Designing of table-less websites and good knowledge of SEO web design practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication / reporting skills.
