Desired Profile : Brief Posting Description
The Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the 100% Customer Satisfaction compliance program. In addition, position may also help out with overall scheduling duties.
Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor training events
- Maintain and monitor registrations
- Answer and resolve email queries working in conjunction with other teams
- Ensure that all Public events have appropriate flag turned on in Oracle Training Administration (OTA)
- Run and monitor appropriate reporting to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely information in Oracle systems
- Understand and follow all Oracle procedures and policies.
- Tests updates and enhancements to Oracle applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or work equivalent
- 1 to 3 years minimum professional experience (maybe 1 for IC1, 3 for IC2)
- Excellent analytical skills and good judgment required to make objective business decisions based on revenue potential and cost minimization
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple groups simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a team environment and assist with projects from other team members.
- Proficient with desktop applications including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel and email.
- Experience with Oracle Training Administration (OTA) and Oracle Discoverer preferred.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
The candidate should have excellent customer service skills; demonstrate strength in interpersonal communications and good judgment. Ability to self manage, escalating to management as needed. Possess the desire and ability to learn new systems and processes.
Knowledge & Skills:
Technical:
-Microsoft Office, Excel and email
-Knowledge of Oracle Applications is a plus, specifically OTA
-Good computer skills and navigation
-Desire and ability to learn new systems and processes
