Very Good communication skills and customer oriented.

Skills V SQL/Oracle , Java, IIS, Weblogic, Windows.

Good Analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience in Tech support

Good team player.

Exp : 1 t0 2 years( only male candidates)


Responsibilities

Supporting US/UK customer queries over Phone and through e-mail.

Debugging the product code and customization/testing.

Willing to work in Shifts.

To deliver the output within specified SLA.

Reporting the issues to be escalated.
