Job Description : Job Description: Monitor calls and give feedback to teams assigned Coach and develop the teams through leadership and assertiveness. Implementing language and culture modules training to new hires and on a recursive basis to agents on floor. To create and implement training modules as needed by the client and rolling out the same to the agents undergoing training and agents on floor as well. Calibrating with existing trainers / Quality leads Proactive need based content creation Documenting training progress and reporting it to training / Operations
