Job Description : We are currently seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative for the highly popular online survey platform Zoomerang. With over 100 million surveys sent and counting, Zoomerang is the market leader and has been adopted worldwide. Zoomerang is part of the MarketTools family, a leading provider of technology and advisory services for conducting web-based market research. Responsibilities Customer Service Representatives in the Zoomerang Support group have the following responsibilities: Develop detailed knowledge of our family of products. Respond to a wide range of in-bound customer questions: sign up issues, software usage and technical troubleshooting Provide initial triage for inquiries, assessing underlying issues and determining correct response Escalate customer questions to appropriate groups Track client reported bugs and issues Sell additional products/services in to the account base Participate in proactive customer support and marketing projects Evaluate customer inquiries and submit suggestions for product enhancements Contribute to online product documentation Achieve high Customer Satisfaction scores from regular Customer Satisfaction surveys Manage satisfaction ratings and volume for designated categories of inquiries Participate in pre-release Customer Acceptance testing

Requirements : Skills/Requirements Strong commitment to making customers happy! Flexible schedule, including weekends, graveyard shifts, and holidays Minimum 2 years of customer service experience helping external customers troubleshoot software issues. Minimum 2 years experience supporting US customers over the phone. Flawless English skills- written, spoken and listening comprehension Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must possess calm/professional telephone presence. Ability to multi-task, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and committed to meeting deadlines Good problem solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Web and e-commerce knowledge B.com or BA/BS desired Great attitude, energy and enthusiasm are critical
