Key Skills & profile:
• Engineering Degree with 2+ or Diploma with 4+ years Experience
• Hardware trouble shooting
• Good Soft skills
• Excellent Communication Skills, knowledge of Helpdesk Management.
• Skills on OS & Desktop SW
• Expertise in Servers, Laptops, Printers.
• MCP/MCSE/CCNA/A +/ITIL Certifications
Knowledge on Lotus Notes is an added advantage.
