Desktop Engineer

Job Description :
- Taking internal calls and doing basic troubleshooting in terms of connections and boot process with Remote Troubleshooting
- Assist all end users with general computer operation and desktop application software questions and problems
- Receive; analyze; monitor and resolve PC; telephone; and network problems
- Responsible for appropriately staging, dispatching, and escalating problem related issues to technical specialist

Desired Skills :
- The candidate should be a graduate
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Should have done a computer course
