Designation : Software Engineer

Job Description :

Rates core gds dev team comprises of decided analyst – developers based in India, London, Tokyo and Manhattan.
• The team is responsible for the design, development, testing and release of enhancements to Interests rate derivative trading systems. Team also does analysis of operational issues and subsequent development of fixes.
• Team members are expected to take end to end ownership from requirement gathering to post production issue resolution.
• Team members are expected to talk directly with business users / across location development teams

Desired Profile :

Business knowledge
• Experience in financial environment
• Experience developing applications within an investment bank
Technical knowledge
• Strong C/C++ skill
• 1 to 5 yrs of development experience.
• Good troubleshooting and diagnostic ability within a large, complex and diverse infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Unix (ideally Linux or Solaris), scripting (shell, Perl, python),
• Competent at investigating and resolving failures and performance issues
• Experience working with large databases, ideally Sybase

Experience : 1 - 5 Years
Education : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
