Designation : Associate Engineering Manager

Job Description :

Engineering manager in the Audience Analytics team that develops and manages large scale Analytics for Yahoo products.
* Strong hands-on experience of Data Warehousing techniques and Oracle technologies on Unix platforms
* Excellent knowledge of modern software systems engineering and experience in building and operating distributed component-based software solutions.
* Experience in building and operating large-scale software solutions
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong investigation and evaluation skills.
* Prior management experience at a product company leading engineering teams
* Experience with data management and relational
* Experience in C/C++, UNIX
* Experience with particular aspects of project management w.r.t engineering deliveries

Desired Profile Qualification :
BE or BSC+MSC in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with good academic record
Experience with at least 1-2 years managing a development team including all aspects of people management.

Role and responsibilities:
Build and mentor a team of top-notch software developers.
Contribute to architectural decisions
Interface with product management, architects, and senior management
Manage the entire development lifecycle of various products which include interfacing with clients in different locations to determine features, architecture, design, delivery, quality management and people management.

Experience : 1 - 2 Years
Education : UG - B.Sc,B.Tech/B.E., PG - M.Sc
Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore
