Position : Customer support – (Voice)

Job Description :
• Desktop and Laptop Trouble Shooting
• Candidates would get a call from Customers regarding any issues with their desktops and laptops
• Basics Technical Knowledge on computer

Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Any graduation
• Under graduate with at least 6 Months of BPO Experience
• B.E, B.Tech Fresher’s can also apply
• (percentage below 60%, if u have more than above 60 % also u can forward )
• PG’s are not eligible, Females will be preferred
• Flexibility to work in shifts (No Night Shift – Rotation shift)
• Don’t wait for call, walk-in with your updated profile

Academic Qualifications: UG / Graduation (NO B.E. B.TECH & PG (M Sc, MCA) are not Required)
Years & Type of Experience 0 - 3 years, Fresher’s, BPO experience desired
Type of Opening & Location Full Time & Hyderabad

Desired Profile :
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries
• UK based customer support process.
Graduate, Fresher
Under graduate with minimum of BPO Experience
0 - 2 Years experience, below 30 years Preferred
