HP Decision Support Analysis Services (DSAS) team commenced in May 2005 as a global initiative to provide support to Supply Chain, Marketing, CRM, Finance and HR business functions through data mining & predictive modeling, reporting & business intelligence, business research, data management, optimization & simulation solutions. We are poised for substantial growth by building a new service line for HP services and non-HP clients globally.
The team has an excellent mix of experienced professionals with strong analytics and business consulting background and significant experience in BPO, who are driven by a passion to draw business inference from external and internal data while delivering on global client requests
Job Description :-
* Work as part of the Creative Services Team to develop web media solutions as per the communication objectives of the client/marketing team
* Creating/Developing content for websites (internal and HP.com web pages), eMails, newsletters and other online media like Flash Banners, intros and demos
* Work with marketing team on all online marketing collaterals and interactive applications
* Own the creation of web graphic & development for sales tools/collaterals on behalf of the PSG Marketing organization. Would include contributing ideas and design inputs to the overall brief within the timelines agreed to.
* Apply web development, design & coding to deploy web-based marketing solutions
Desired Profile Qualifications & Skills :
- Any graduates or post graduates, preferably graduates in Computer Applications or candidates with additional certification in any programming languages with 4 - 5years of experience in web development, Action Scripting and Flash/web designing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and familiarity with database-driven websites, HTML, Flash.
- Candidate must be capable of troubleshooting technical issues
- Must also be willing to keep up with trends in web design/development or Flash Interactive Standards
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Web Publishing Industry, worked for either an interactive agency or a web publisher
- Knowledge of the IT services and product market preferred
Other Requisites :
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Application of creative ideas/innovation that adds value to the design brief
- Understanding of deploying effective & impact communications on the web/ knowledge of web marketing preferred
- Detail oriented and process focused
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables with minimum guidance and pro-actively set up communication processes with stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills that allow for consistently meeting or beating deadlines
- Appreciation of business context of material and ability to quickly pick up domain expertise on technology
Software Skills:
Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, MS Sharepoint, HTML Editors, DHTML, JavaScript, ASP, .Net, Flash CS3/CS4, Proficient in Action script 2.0/3.0 & Knowledge of XML 4 with a strong flavor of designing skills
Experience : 1 - 6 Years
Education : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
