Job Description :
Essential Skills:
• Hands on experience in developing Software Installations using the Install shield software [ver 10.x or above, IS 2009 preferable]
• Good knowledge of MSI and WMI installer service
• Good exposure to Software Development Life Cycle phases
• Configuring and packaging software releases to meet industry standards for customer
• Experience on developing Installs for Web and Database-driven applications using Install Shield or WISE
• Exposure to Software Development Environment (VS2005, VS2008 IDE)
• Experience creating Install programs for Windows Platforms including performing Patches and Migrations

Preferred Skills:
• Understanding of Windows OS[ like XP, Win 2003]
• Knowledge of Software frameworks like .NET , COM/COM+
• Understanding of Windows Security, IIS web server, web application deployment
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge and understanding of software dependencies, Win32 platform knowledge
• Awareness of Sharepoint server scenarios

Desired Candidate Profile :
We would be requiring Software packaging engineers on Contract for HTS Madurai location, The desired candidate should have 2-4 yrs of experience, good hands on in software packaging. Its typically for Setup development , Packaging.
