Demonstrated mastery of English grammar, vocabulary, and writing style
Writing and presenting the information in clear and simple English
Experience with screen/video capture software
Organizing and designing the information effectively

Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience in writing online help/User Guides, creating how-to videos for online deployment
Work closely with graphics/designing team to create presentations to convey complex technical jargon in a simple way
Writing samples are required
