Job Description :
The candidate is responsible for sourcing/screening/validating profiles using portals, references, etc. Understanding the Recruitment Cycle and hands on experience in IT Recruitments would be an added advantage

Desired Profile :
The Candidate should have prior experience in sourcing profiles which matches the Job Descriptions using portals, references. Ability to handle Channel Management i.e., handling a group of Vendors/ Recruitment Consultants to enable recruitment solutions.
