Web application development using PHP-MySQL, HTML/CSS, CMS (Joomla!), AJAX, Flash, Flex, OpenLaszlo.
Training and Managing a team of 2-4 developers. Maintaining Code Quality

Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate should have worked on PHP/MySQL (LAMP), ajax, and some related framework. and should have decent communication skills. Code quality matters a lot to us.
