Job Description :
As a technical leader, you will be expected to resolve complex technical issue by providing the optimal solution.
Will be responsible for implementation, and support of Web solutions for complex web application.
Will work with extended teams to determine product requirements and complementing architectural recommendations.
Will attend Design meetings and Code Reviews.
Will support deployment and configuration of J2EE applications from development to production environments.
Will troubleshoot production issues, support business owners and respond to critical situations.
Interact with business groups to gather requirements for new features and products.
Contribute to the knowledge sharing across organization.
Lead a team of developers and provide technical leadership
Interface with customer/onsite to gather requirements
Desired Candidate Profile :
Expertise in Java, J2EE Technology.
Experience in Struts and exposure to Hibernate.
Ability to solve technical challenges.
Experience in designing web applications.
Hands-on design experience and exposure to design patterns.
People management and coordination skills with a passion for technology.
Understand sales techniques for incremental business.
Strong communication and client interaction skills.
